S. Kyle Hinkle, Executive Director Kyle has more than 15 years experience in non-profit organization management, leading boards of directors in developing and following strategic plans. She has consulted to numerous public charities across Cape Cod and has served as the CEO of the San Angelo Nature Center, San Angelo TX, the Orleans Chamber of Commerce, Orleans MA and Highland Center Inc., Truro MA among others. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/public relations from Angelo State University, San Angelo TX, and has attended the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management at the University of Georgia, Athens GA and the Gestalt International Study Center, Wellfleet MA. She is a 2000 graduate of Cape Mediation, 2003 graduate of Community Leadership Institute: Leadership Cape Cod and a 2006 graduate of Rotary International's Rotary Leadership Institute. Kyle and her husband Harry reside in Eastham since 1997. She is a former trustee on the Town of Eastham's Affordable Housing Trust, and has served on the Town's Finance Committee and Conservation Commission. In addition, she is an officer of the Boards of Directors of the Nauset Rotary Club, Rotary International District 7950, Homeless Prevention Council and the Cape Cod Technology Council. |

Jennifer Carlson, Member Services Coordinator Jennifer spent ten years in the Cape's banking industry as a commercial lender and financial counselor, and is familiar with the challenges facing the micro businesses of the area. In addition, she is a former real estate agent. Jennifer is a thirty-year resident of Cape Cod and for the last twelve years resides in Brewster with her husband Alex and two young children. The Carlson's are active in the community involved in scouting, Brewster Recreation and local after-school programs. |

Ed Swiniarski, Business Information Specialist Ed is a past-president of the BCC when he was actively working in the local business community. Today, he is "semi-retired" and is a church organist in addition to working seasonally in the Information Center. He serves as chairman of the Town of Brewster's Energy Committee and works for the polls during Town elections and at Town Meetings. A history buff, Ed delights visitors with his stories of sea captains and other local "color" from Brewster's past. |
